The agreement between you and Datenix for use of our B2B intelligence APIs and website.
By accessing datenix.xyz, api.datenix.xyz, or any Datenix service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Datenix is a business-to-business data intelligence service. We provide programmatic access (via HTTP APIs) and downloadable samples of aggregated business entity data drawn from more than thirty public industry directories, publicly accessible sitemaps, and public business registration sources.
The scope of the data covers: publicly listed SaaS and AI tool directories, publicly reachable e-commerce store domains (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and equivalent platforms), and public Amazon product / advertising library entries. All data is business-entity information — Datenix does not sell personally identifiable information of natural persons.
Datenix subscription tiers, quotas, and prices are published on the pricing page and inside your account. All billing is processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record. Creem invoices you, collects payment, remits VAT / sales tax where applicable, and handles refund requests on our behalf.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. One-time products (for example, the CSV data dump) are non-recurring.
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Creem customer portal linked in your welcome email or from your Datenix dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests within seven days of the first payment on a new subscription are honoured in full. For later requests we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Contact hi@datenix.xyz with your invoice number.
Your use of Datenix is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your API key without refund.
API keys issued to your account are confidential. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for all activity performed with your key. Report suspected compromise to hi@datenix.xyz immediately; we will rotate the key on request.
Data returned by the Datenix API and delivered in the CSV dump is licensed to you for internal business use. You may build derivative products (sales tools, dashboards, alerts, market reports) using our data as one of your inputs. You may not resell the raw dataset or expose an unmodified passthrough of our API to third parties.
The 10,000-row public samples published on datenix.xyz are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license and may be used for any purpose with attribution.
Datenix owns the aggregation pipeline, enrichment, cross-verification logic, and derived scores (for example, growth-percentage estimates). The underlying business information comes from public sources; where the source is CC-BY, we credit it in the metadata attached to each record.
Datenix is provided as-is. We aim for 99.9% uptime for paid tiers but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to Datenix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party can terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel from the customer portal. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, with pro-rated refund of unused subscription time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address associated with your subscription at least fourteen days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Datenix account holder is registered. For questions, subpoenas, or any other legal contact, reach us at hi@datenix.xyz.
